The Guji comes from the Kayon Mountain Farm in Oromia, Ethiopia. The Kayon Mountain Farm is owned by a group of families who have been producing coffee for auction for more than 30 years, and in 2012, banded together to purchase and begin their own coffee farm. In addition to growing and processing all their own coffee, they are now able to export as well, increasing traceability. On the table, we are blown away by the perfume in the fragrance and aroma. Notes of jasmine, honeysuckle, and peach dominate, followed by more peach, sweet citrus, black tea and black pepper in the cup. This delicate floral coffee is one you don't want to miss!
