These coffees are produced by small-holders. The coffee is processed and dried on the farms. Cenfrocafe receives the coffee when it is properly dried and picks the best of the small lots.

Cupping Notes:
Pleasant lemon/lime acidity with hints of toasted almond, molasses and pomegranate with a lingering brown sugar sweetness on the finish.
