How long does shipping take?
That depends on a few things like: what you ordered, when you ordered it, and how far it’s traveling. Read on for more info.
Estimated handling time
Our team in Lancaster, PA works from 9am-5pm (EST) Monday through Friday. Any order placed before 5pm will be processed that same day and shipped out within two working business days. For example, if you placed an order Monday before 5pm EST, you can expect your order to ship no later than Wednesday. All orders placed after 5pm (EST) on Friday or over the weekend will not get processed until Monday when we return.

LOCAL PICK UP
This services is available to anyone who would like to pick up their order at our café located at 145 North Duke Street, Lancaster PA 17602. Please be aware of the cafe’s hours before selecting this option, as this will be your only window frame for pick up. The same handling time applies to all orders, however instead of shipping your order we will drive it to the cafe at the end of our work day. We will send an email confirmation once we know it has been delivered with instructions on how to pick up.
Seasonal weather, promotional shopping events and public holidays can add delays to handling and shipping times. Please allow some extra time when ordering in these periods.
