This is one of the most popular styles of oolong tea in the world, whether it comes from China or Taiwan. This Chinese version is floral and fruity with some nutty notes that result from the meticulous roasting process. (3 oz./4 oz.)

Brewing recommendations: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 level teaspoons of leaf in 195°F water for 4 minutes. Great for multiple infusions; try short steep times and gradually increase times with each consecutive steep. Enjoy!
