Due to the growing conditions in Yunnan and the cultivar, these curly black tea leaves develop a purple hue while on the plant. Once oxidized and fired, the tea unfurls into a bright, juicy, sweet fruit-forward cup.

Brewing recommendations: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 heaping teaspoon of leaf in 205°F water for 4 minutes. Enjoy!
